Appointment Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a deposit or full prepayment is required at the time of booking through Vagaro. This deposit is non-refundable. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Changes made within this time frame will allow your deposit to be transferred once to a new appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, missed appointments (no-shows), or same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of the deposit or full payment. We truly understand that unexpected situations may arise. While payments are non-refundable, we will always do our best to support you by offering a one-time rescheduling option when possible.
